BeeMod Complaint - The Worst Customer Service Ever

NEW YORK -- We bought a table on-line from Bee Mod that was shipped in 2 boxes : base in one and top in another. UPS lost the box with the top after Bee Mod had charged our credit card $699 and we paid duty to get boxes across border. Although UPS is responsible for covering cost of lost package, Bee Mod would not answer UPS calls inquiring about box specifications so it could help them look for it. Even worse, they did not respond to my e-mails or phone calls about our missing product AND when I tried to request a managers contact info on their "live Chat" portion of their website, the operator just disconnected me. I have made several inquiries by phone and e-mail to talk to a manager and I have been ignored on all counts. We are currently out $800 which Bee Mod has charged to our credit card and have nothing but a useless table base and some screws to show for it. I would NEVER deal with such an UNPROFFESSIONAL company again. Do not spend your money here.

Well, at least you received something. I was beginning to wonder if the whole website is a scam since it has been 4 months since I placed my order and received nothing. Good luck with your complaint...and don't forget to try getting your credit card to credit your account and charge BeeMod back.

Thanks. I should try getting visa to credit back my account. Has anyone had success with this? Maybe that would actually motivate BeeMod to respond to phone calls and e-mails!
