Wonton's Compliment - Best Chinese Food Around!

Review by news163 on 2010-07-16
SANBORNEVILLE, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- Wonton's, Located in Sanbornville, NH is by far the best Chinese restaurant around. We have about 5 Chinese places within a 40 minute drive from us (Middleton, NH) and this is our favorite, hands down. The service is good and the food is exceptional. Their menu is typical of most Chinese restaurants, but the food is not...you can tell that care goes into preparing each dish, and it shows. This place has tea and won'tons waiting on the table when you are seated, which is very rare these days. Give this place a shot...you won't be disappointed!

If you go there often, you'll notice the exact same music every time...we find it amusing as it is recognizable American tunes redone in an Asian style.

Just for fun, make yourself a little note that says "We buy Cats" and stick it on the door as you enter the place.

This place sounds wonderful except for the tea at the table.
Many of those places have been found to "top off" the unused tea for the next patron(s). Just a friendly heads up.

Nice review.

Kisha, really?

Oh yeah.
I am leary of salsa and chips already laid out on the table also unless I know the place fairly well.

I had that reseervation about the tea too, but it is so incredibly piping hot...it has to be fresh.

BTW, the cat chiche is a little old, but if they do serve cat, its tasty stuff...maybe I'll start making cat at home.

Sounds good, New163 and they most likely do serve fresh tea each time.
What did you have?

I'd like to know, too.

I've eaten at a Chinese joint that was later shut down for serving cat; I don't think they substituted it for anything, but they were serving it.

Mmmm...now I want some Chinese! I love a great sit down Chinese place. Most of the places around here are just take out.

The sushi place we go to has the same type of music - recognizable American music done in Asian style.
