Boardco.com Complaint - Customer service is the worst. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a Straight Line wakeboard rope from boardco / M&M watersports in springville Utah. After two outings two days later, the rope fibers started to fray and come apart. I returned the rope in hopes for an exchange or a store credit. In stead I found myself with one of the rudest store owners in Utah trying to convincing me that there was nothing wrong with the rope. I was told that there was nothing they could do and to just use that rope until it completely falls apart and then try to return it to Straight Line. By the way I had just spent $600 Dollars a few days before purchasing a wakesurf board and other items.

BOTTOM LINE DON'T COUNT ON THIS MOM & POP STORE FOR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TO STAND BEHIND ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS.

Better off purchasing from a large retail store that has the capital to back up there products.
