Sonic Industries Complaint - Lacking Cystomer Service
KELLER, TEXAS -- Went to Sonic this evening, 07/16/10, and ordered qty 5 combo meals. Paid and got home with our food. I discovered that we were shirt qty 2 orders of fries. I drove back to Sonic, told the young man what happened. He was apologic and said he would have 2
orders sent right out. 15 minutes later, no fries. I pushed the button again an asked where my fries were. The young lady apologized and said they would be right out. 5 more minutes passed.
Finally, after 20 nminutes I received the qty 2 orders of fries that I eD shorted. I asked if the manager was there, he wad in the back parking mlot talking on his cell phone. I took my hot fries home to my cold burgers!! Was EXTREMELY upset to say the least.
Very very poor customer service!!!
