Staples Complaint - Computer service
I needed a new video card but was advised to send it away to something called "Blue Raven" and they would go through repair and replace everything. A like new CPU was promised within two weeks. Three and one half weeks later I got my CPU back. Since turning it on I lost my ITUNES library of over 11000 items. I now cannot delete anything and Staples wants me to send it back to BLUE RAVEN! Have they lost their @#&!ing minds. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST BIG COMPANIES TO FIX YOUR CPU's. Find someone local. I should have known better because STAPLES doesn't even give the employees discounts. What a sorry company. I think they will end up like COMPUSA.
