Priceline.com Complaint - Unethical Company - Fraudulent Practices
I booked a 3-star hotel in Baltimore, MD with Priceline. Per Priceline business model, the hotel name gets revealed only after the payment. The hotel given has the worst ever customer ratings (more than 50% below average by 134 customers on a leading website). The worst part is that this hotel has a series of CRIMINAL incidents history (assault to the customer in hotel, homeless people walking in the hotel asking for a date to females, police search activity inside hotel, etc.) on the reviews. I explained to Priceline about my family's safety concerns and requested any other hotel. My request was blatantly refused by Priceline's unfriendly and rude higher level supervisor by hanging up the phone.
