Lowe's Informative - Over billing
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS -- In the past 4 years I have made two purchases at Lowe's during two promotional sales(interest free if paid in 12 months) After paying the last amount due in both instances within the 12 months I continued to get billed and charges for late payments. This has happened to me twice now and therefore, I believe others may be getting billed by Lowe's that are not correct. I have been calling and being put on hold and have been promised this and that for months now and I can not get them to produce any data that says that I owe them after making the final payment. In fact after all was said and done on the first purchase and months of calls to Lowe's they finally sent me a record saying they actually owed me 19 cents which they never sent by the way.
Would be interested in a class action lawsuit against Lowe's for this action. I intend to take action by legal means. This company has had ample time to respond to thier billing problems and failed to do so.
