EZ Pass Compliment - Good customer service

I got a letter from EZ Pass telling me that both my credit cards had expired. It't tough getting old. Of course this was they same time we drove from Philadelphia to Chicago which created a big deficit. It was a matter of just updating my credit card info by phone and everything was OK. I shutter to think if they had just cancelled my account and I would of gotten ticket for all those states. Thank you EZ Pass!

I don't know what I would do without my I-pass. It's hard enough driving the expressway 5 days a week without having to stop at a tollbooth all the time. Not to mention that if you pay in cash/coins in Illinois, the toll is double what it would be if you just had an I-Pass/EZ-Pass.
