IHOP Complaint - Poor Management
BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA -- It took 30 minutes to get my order. We were not offered any compensations or courtesy toward our wait. Upon my complaint the manager didn't care. She just apologized. The order was wrong once it got there and instead of remaking it and not charging she just said I will take it off. Her attitude was sooo nasty it was hard to believe that she was a manager. What Franchise would give her such a position?
