Valley BMW @ Modesto ca Complaint - Unsatisfied customer

MODESTO CA -- I just bought my BMW about 6 months ago.. Took into service for. A clicking noise while driving, the service was horrible the wait was the worse.. And to end the story after the car was service they asked if I wanted the car to be washed. therefor they washed the car or should say wiped the car with a dirty rag, that left my new BLACK car full of scratches and swirl marks..

When asked to speak to the manager it was a very unpleasant. He as rude and, had no customer service.. Horrible experience never suggest nobody dealing with this terrible dealership...

I don't get it. Why wouldn't you be hightailing it out of that place the moment they were done servicing the car instead of letting some 'shagger' wipe your car down?

Were you a scheduled appointment or a "drive-in" I can only assume that they took the scheduled appointments before you if you were a "drive-in" If you were scheduled then they should have kept you informed about the wait. I never have my car washed at the dealer after a service--usually adds 20-30 minutes and I generally just want to be out as quick as I can. As Lakisha asked--did you file a claim for the damage to your car?
