DirecTV Inc Complaint - Bills too complicated and rebates credits hard to follow
Wish I never subscribed to DirecTV because the story keeps changing with different agents. Just got off the phone with an agent about the $5 late fee charged this month About a month ago they resolved several issues that we were having with DirecTV by giving us credits that was supposed to substantially reduce our bill. Well I did not want to pay the big bill they had sent before that reduction until I got the revised one. So I learned that they charge you $5 if you don't pay all including the amount that they credit and then in the future you can wait on the phone for a further credit if they want to do so. We are losing out on DirecTV- and as much as I have with this whole industry, I am giving consideration to switching back to Charter who is not a golden child either. Someday we need to ALL protest by not paying our bill to them until they keep it simple and without all these credits that are too hard follow. They do that to confuse you so you don't cancel after the promotion period. They get a D- at best from me.
