My wife bought a table from Bob's Furniture about 9 months ago. The top was a very heavy granite surface. Anyways the legs on one side cracked and the bolt became lose. My wife had purchased the Oops insurance for 98 bucks so we made the call to Bob's and they came down three days later and ordered me new legs.
While the tech was in my home I mentioned about a couch I bought from another company that had a 2 inch burn mark on the front of it from a cosmetic mirror ( you know the kind that has like a 5x magnification) well the sun shot off the mirror and burned a hole in my couch. The tech looks at me and says I can stitch that for you. I reminded him that I didn't buy it at Bob's and he said he's all about making the customer happy. So he stitched up the hole and went on his way.
Great service and an overall great experience.
I know there are bad reviews about the quality. I can't speak for that entirely. I'm happy with Bob's. But get the insurance just in case.
