Comcast Corporation Compliment - Satisfied with Installation
PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- We (my wife and I) were not satisfied with our phone service and decided, after some research, to see if Comcast had what we we're looking for. So I gave them a call and immediately got a live sales person. After some discussion with their sales representative, Mark S., at their Pittsburgh office I decided on purchasing their phone, Internet and cable television bundle. He thoroughly explained costs and the set up procedure to me. On July 19th the technician came at 10 AM, within the scheduled time frame-8AM-12PM. Ed introduced himself, surveyed the existing cabling and explained what he planned to do. After some re-cabling to replace old cable and running some new cable to our office he completed the installation and tested all devices to make sure they were working properly. He then reviewed all the features of the products with me, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and left me with manuals to help explain the new products. He also gave me a phone number to contact a live human should we need any further assistance. We were very satisfied with the sales process and the installation. We are enjoying our products and are, thus far, very satisfied with Comcast.
