KitchenAid Complaint - My dishwasher
550 JULIENNE STREET, MISSISSIPPI -- My husband and I built and moved in April 2010.
The problem was with the top and bottom rack of our new dishwasher. It was too narrow and would fall off the side supports inside the dishwasher, causing the rack to fall onto the main spinning "washer" on the bottom of the dishwasher.
Best Appliance (warranty service company) had replaced the top culinary rack several weeks ago. When the repairman was replacing the top rack, I pointed out that the bottom rack needed to be replaced as well. He came back on Monday, July 12 to replace the bottom rack. The new rack has the exact same problem. So obviously the fault lies with the dishwasher.
The dishwasher does not clean good at all since the bottom spinner is stationary during the wash cycle because of the rack resting on the it. Best Appliance left us hanging and told us to take it up with Kitchenaid. It's been over 4 months and we still do not have a dishwasher that is operational.
This is the worst warranty and customer service I have ever experienced. I'd like to know what options we have as far as replacing the entire thing or at least getting this rack situation resolved.
