BULLHEAD CITY, ARIZONA -- 6/28/10 my air conditioning was overheating the car, forcing me to not use the a/c. the engine fan worked okay but the a/c fan would stop working. they said it was just a fuse. I pd $40 for them to replace the fuse. it still overheated the car.

Then they said the fans & switch needed replaced. one fan worked fine, which cooled the engine always had, allowing me to drive the car as long as I did not use the a/c. the fan for the a/c is the one that would stop working when it overheated. I told him to replace the fans and the switch,

They refused to do it, he would only replace the fans & wanted me to drive it and see if that was enough so we would not have to replace the switch.

I told him 3 times I was not comfortable with him not replacing the switch, he said I would not need it because he fixed it where the fans would stay on all the time.

I told him I was scared the car would burn up, and that I would feel better if he replaced the switch. he said, no, it wouldn't hurt it. I paid him $385 to replace the fans and trusted him as I am not a mechanic.

It still overheated not allowing me to use the a/c. so then he said "Well I Told you that switch needed replaced" --- as if it were my fault. He got confrontational and argumentative. So I'm thinking well, he said it needed the switch, I begged him to go ahead and put it on when he replaced the fans and he wouldn't do it then, he says he will do it now. so I paid him $185 to replace the switch.

The very next day 7/9 everything overheated and now instead of just the a/c fan not working neither did the fan that cooled the engine so my car was more damaged, and completely disabled.

I paid him $608 and my car is in worst shape then before.

when I tried to contact him he will not return my calls, my faxes or my emails.

i did not go in person as he was so confrontational the last time we were there in person and he lied about why the switch was not put on..... and we find out the fuse, the fans nor the switch fixed the car as they promised it would.

my car is now worth less then before I took it to him and pd him $608 -

i have ask him for just the full refund even though the car is more damaged now and he will not respond. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of which he is a member and he refuses to answer them as well.

Now if this were a reputable business man why is he avoiding me and the Better Business Bureau unless he knows he was wrong.
