Wamart Complaint - Seriously - Television

Review by Dylan711 on 2010-07-22
I ordered a 46in. flat screen and after three weeks it still wasn't in, when it was supposed to be in in 7-10 days. Finally I called in to see what was going on and they said they would look into it. A couple days later nothing happened so I called back and they said they have no idea where it is, basically they lost my TV I just spent $600 on. They said they would cancel my order and return my money into my account in one to two days. Two days later I call and my money is not in my account. I call wonderful Walmart back and hey said they are sorry and know its going to take on to three MORE days to put my money back in. Now its been THREE weeks and I am out almost $600 dollars and no TV.

I recommend that you never, ever et anything from Walmart because from the experience that I have had shows that there is not one person that knows what they are doing.

I know it must be frustrating but your complaint doesn't prove that not one person at Walmart doesn't know what they're doing. It was just one or two people on your case. If they said they don't know what happened its obvious that it must have been sent by the manufacturer. I bet its on the wall at some Walmart employee's home, maybe.

Contact your credit card company and do a chargeback. Better safe, then sorry, if too much time passes, and then you won't be able to even receive a chargeback.

Good luck!

$600 for a 46" flat screen? My bet is you'll be happy you didn't get it after all. What brand and model was it?
