Taylor Gifts Complaint - Taylor Gifts Is A Scam

Review by pissed@taylor on 2010-07-22

I was recently became aware that Taylor Gifts is operating a very sketchy business. They are currently not paying there vendors and thats why so many items are on back order now or have been for the last few months. However, Taylor gifts and Get Organized (same company) are continuing to take orders for products they no are not coming in. The current policy is to take orders and push all back ordered items back 10 days (as you can see from there web site if you check it every week) from the current date. If you look online at

You can see that it is still business as usual at Taylor gifts. They tell all there customers 7-10 business days from order date to receive there items but when an item is back ordered they give no notice about it and if you are lucky enough to find out from a customer care representative that your order is back ordered (most of them lie) it is near impossible to get a refund. On top of all that when a customer places an order they are signed up for a BUYER EDGE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP which automatically bills in 30 days at 14.95.

Some of the reps will tell you about the trail offer and ask for your consent but in my experience from getting many of these charges revoked from Buyers Edge most of the Taylor gifts employees don't bother to ask your permission. SO IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM TAYLOR GIFTS OR GET ORGANIZED pay close attention to what the reps offer you or do not offer you in terms of information cause while the phone machine may say ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED when I tried to get record of my calls I was told that the record tapes don't go far back enough to get me proof SCAAAMMMMM COMPANY. My Grandmother advised me to stay away from this company I should have listened

I'd be careful with statements like this in a public forum, it borders on lilbel.

"Not if it's the truth"

The problem is if you make the statement in a public forum you'd better HAVE the proof.
