Time Warner Cable Complaint - No Customer Service - Total Incompetence
COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- First TWC randomly increased my "price-locked" bill by $25.80. Upon calling customer service on Sunday, I was told that hte customer service representative I was talking to would take "personal ownership" of my problem and that I would hear from him by Wednesday. On Thursday I called customer service and was told by another customer service representative that she would send the first CSR an email and he would "get back to me". On Friday my digital DVR failed (for the 6th time). Upon bringing it back to the billing office for exchange I was told that I could not have a new box, rather I had to make an appointment for a tech and wait. Also, I was lying about the price lock renewal I received in the mail. This company has gotten too big for its own good.
