Wfnnb Complaint - WFNNB Cancelled my account

Review by mandee23 on 2010-07-23
I have had this credit card for at least 2 years and have ALWAYS paid more than the minimum amount. Today I found out that they cancelled my credit card because I have too much much debt. My husband and I just bought a new house so we could move with a new job opportunity. If I had been late with a payment or skipped payments I could understand their cancelling my credit card. However, I haven't been late with any of my bills and always pay more than the minimum amount due. They wouldn't even consider keeping my card open.

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise? Seriously, maybe they felt with buying a new home, that cancelling this card, was a way to make sure you did not run up anymore debt with them, and therefore them taking the chance you would not be able to continue making on time minimum monthly payments.
