Geek Squad Complaint - Service - 'TRYING' to become a customer
Horrible, horrible, service. Completely inexperienced people servicing their 800 #. I've tried for an hour to give them my business. Transfered 5 times! Not 2, Not 3, but 5 times. Staff answering the
800# will tell you that 'there isn't a manager available to take your call at this time'.
That was on my 3rd call (after being transferred 5 times).
The FIRST two people said they didn't have a manager. One of those individuals was Shirley who kept 'understanding how I felt', - 4 times to be exact with no resolution and no offer to escalate the call to anyone above her, because there is 'no one above me'. 'We just route the calls to the right area'. Wow! So, this is how they stay in business.
I could go on and on about my experience today, but I'm saving it for the CEO. I can, however, with total certainty say that I will NOT ever do business with GEEK SQUAD - and this I know for sure!
I was told by several people not to even call. Wow! I get it now!
