Longview RV Complaint - Longview RV
CONNECTICUT -- Longview RV was very pleasant at the time of sale. They made many promises when they sold us the extended warranty. At the time of delivery, I noticed a hole in the arm of the couch. Despite the fact that I pointed the rip out immediately, it took several months and daily phone calls as well as two phone calls and a letter from my attorney to "convince" Longview to replace the couch with another one. When they finally conceded, it took three deliveries to get it right. Two years later I called about some leaking and asked about the extended warranty and if it covered the leaking. I was told that it didn't AND furthermore, that having looked at my paperwork my warranty had expired. In fact, I have 2 more years on my extended warranty and the extended warranty that I was lead to believe "covered everything 100%" did not cover leaks on a two year old RV. The list goes on. If you have purchased an RV from Longview... Good Luck!!!
