Charter Communications Complaint - Charter Sucks - Cable TV
Tiling. Service outages. More tiling. Box not working. This is a joke. Customer "service" is no help. I've given up on their "service." Tonight, the representative started yelling at me, and I said, "You don't need to raise your voice." She said, "I'm just making sure you can hear me."
Oh yeah, that's nice customer service.
It's time to switch to Direct TV. I can only hope that Charter goes out of business so that this nonsense doesn't happen to other unsuspecting consumers.
