Spirit Airlines Complaint - Customer center is in INDIA!!!!!!
On July 21 I had to cancel flights to ft lauderdale due to the death of a family member. I had trip insurance with another company. When printing out the cancelled flight info I noticed there was no specific information that says flight was cancelled.
I called customer services. THEY ARE IN INDIA!!!!!! I waited on hold for 27 min before I spoke with ADAM in INDIA?????
Very rude with no help I asked for supervisor. All I needed was a notation that the flight was cancelled and waited on hold for no one.
I called back and spoke with BOB in INDIA!!!! Forget it...
Aside from the fact the airplanes are dirty, and cruddy...
I have flown Spirit for 20 years....NEVER AGAIN EVER RUn
