Liquidation Channel Complaint - Never received merchandise
I started shopping with the Liquidation Channel over two months ago and had been very happy with my purchases. Until now.... I ordered a ring costing over $100.00. They quickly charged my credit card, but never sent the ring. I contacted Customer Service by e-mail (you can never get through via telephone), and I was told that the ring was held up in Quality Control, but they would ship it out ASAP. No ring arrived, and the order status is showing up online as not shipped. Now, I have to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback, so I can get my money back. I'll never buy from them again.
