USAIR Complaint - Worst Airline Ever - Service, Equipment Etc
I travel back & forth to Italy twice a year. Saw a great itinerary with USAIR so not only booked it but talked 3 other people into the same flights. The seats are so close together I was almost in my seat mates seat. The seat did not recline & it's a 9 hr flight, the tray table was broken & dinner landed in my lap. Flight attendant tried to prop it up with cocktail napkins! I'm a handicapped senior & believe me I've never felt more handicapped. I was charged $50 for 2nd bag although I was told 2 were permitted on international flights. To top it off, my bags were not sent to my final destination so I had to pay an additional 55 Euros when I got to Rome. I wrote to USAIR twice & they didn't even have the courtesy to respond.
I'll be returning to the USA on Oct 30 & am hyperventilating at the thought of that horrific flight(s) back.
