Sears Complaint - Horrible service and delivery team
CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS -- My tenants refrigerator broke down a week ago and I purchased a new one from Sears the same day but the delivery was scheduled for a following week on a Saturday. The team arrived 2 hours late without any notice nor apology. The customer service was extremely rude. A week before, a mattress I bought from Sears never arrived on the delivery day.
My time is too precious to spend hours and days with the poor customer service at Sears. This is the last time I buy an appliance from them.
