Comcast Corporation Complaint - Billing Techniques - Bundled Residential Services
Don't believe for a minute when they advertise $80 / $90 per month for cable-internet-homephone. I have been charged well over $700 in the first 4 months with them. they LIE, LIE, LIE !!! It is futile. They say "yes, we've received the money for the bill." and their computer agrees. (most of your time will be spent with a computer trying to guess what you are calling about.) then they hit you with late charges. then at 4 months they start billing you in ADVANCE, where before you were billed after. but EVERY month the bill is HUGE. It will cost $150 to get out of the contract or they will f*%%^& up your credit. So, hoping that the next bill couldn't possibly be another $250, you hold on and BAMM!!! they do it again! yeah,...who listens?..Go ahead do business with COMCAST.
