All Over A Strand Of Hair - Complaint
FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- On 23of July, my daughter brought me a 1/4 white chicken wit mash/green beans, and slice of choco. Cake. It was late, so I ate my food the next day. When I almost ate half, I discovered a strand of hair in my chicken, I took it back2 da restaurant. I didn't make a scene. I waited in line and ask4 a manager and explain everything2him. We paid $10,it was more, but cashier her register was messing up, so she just took the $10.He just ask what I had and went on and made me another meal without offering anything else. I felt like, he thought I was lying2get a free meal.1St of all. This boston market is the only1 we have in our city, and gas is sky high. If it wasn't boston masket, I wouldn't accepted the food!!..This has happen2me@a Mcdonalds and I haven't been back2that1. But I understand, things can happen, cause I visit there a lot, I'm working on my health, I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes, and I love boston market. I'm not sure or not, but I could had made a scene and it was full of customers in there, could have said I was contacting a lawyer and everything. I just wanted an apology and a meal, maybe 4my time and gas4curiosty, offered the piece of dessert or the 1 I purchase with my meal. I was very disappointed. If it was another1 around, I wouldn't b visited them again. I'm still thinkin about trying grocery stores (Sams, Walmart, harris teeter, etc)rot. Chicken2see how theirs r. I just wanted2voice my opinion and 2b heard. Thank you 4 your cooperation....Sincerely

Of course finding a hair is very disgusting in food, even if it's a stragers or your own. I'm sorry, but I am very confused at your review. So is your complaint that they offered no apology, and refused to give you a full refund?

I'm confused too. If you found a hair the next day, how can you be sure it was from the restaurant?

but they didn't offer you more freebies?
I haven't been to one in a while myself... though I do remember they were pretty salty. I mean it was tasty but... nothing I'd call healthy to eat.

Your review is somewhat confusing. You were given a new meal. It sounds like you wanted compensation for time and gas. No business is going to do that for someone making any kind of return. I'm sorry you have health problems but that doesn't have anything to do with your complaint. If you don't like how the restaurant treated you, then don't go back.
