Comcast Corporation Informative - Customer Service from Costa Rico
We had a problem with our cable box. It was saying a premium channel was not available to us although we were paying for it. When I callled customer service, I could not understand the person. When I asked him if I was calling the U.S. , he said "No, Costa Rico" I think that is a major problem. I would like to speak to an American when I call anyone from my country. I will be cancelling my contract with Comcast.
