Bee Mod Complaint - Not Responsive To Inquiries About My Order
More than 4 months ago I ordered two chairs and given a shipping date of 6 - 8 weeks. That date came and went. I was in no hurry for the product but asked to be kept informed. They keep referring me to a link for order status which hasn't changed since the day I placed the order. Their chat line never responds, their 800# is always busy, and they will not answer my emails expressing my concern for the $1100 investment. I'm hoping that my credit card will back me up if I don't receive the product shortly.
And, by the way, the product I ordered is not longer advertised on their website.
