Bee Mod Complaint - Not Responsive To Inquiries About My Order

More than 4 months ago I ordered two chairs and given a shipping date of 6 - 8 weeks. That date came and went. I was in no hurry for the product but asked to be kept informed. They keep referring me to a link for order status which hasn't changed since the day I placed the order. Their chat line never responds, their 800# is always busy, and they will not answer my emails expressing my concern for the $1100 investment. I'm hoping that my credit card will back me up if I don't receive the product shortly.

And, by the way, the product I ordered is not longer advertised on their website.

I would dispute the charge with your credit card company now.

Good call BEJ. NOW as in RIGHT AWAY! You may already be out of time to dispute the charge with your CC company but it's worth a try.

Thanks for the good advice. Hope they haven't strung me along just long enough to nullify my claim. Do not do business with this online store.
