Realspellresults.com Complaint - Spell Caster's - Cast Spell's

Review by joeslady on 2010-07-26
CALIFORNIA -- I went to a spell caster just for the fun of it.. I was curious of what they do.. So I talked to this lady named April.. She told me she could cast a spell to make ny biggest wish come true.. Well I went along with it.. It started out and cost me 150.00 So I did it.. Well after that she was steadily taking money off my card.. I put a stop on my card but it was too late.. She took a total of 1400.00 Off my card..I asked her why she did that and she said it was to keep the spell alive.. Well I asked her to put the money back and she refused.. I have talked to her and talked to her until I was blue in the face..

That was about 7-8 month's ago and I haven't heard from her since.. I email her and I get no-reply please tell me what I need to do....

I would hope so, but if anyone feels like giving away large sums of money, please feel free to contact me!!! I will put it to good use.

If this story is true, then it is sad that you basically gave your money away.

Is the spell working?
Posted by MRM on 2010-07-26:
That is insane that they keep on charging her card to a total of $1400 to keep spell alive.

Venice, that's what I want to know too.

I don't know, MRM. It depends on what the spell is and whether or not it's working. Some things are priceless... (you know I'm kidding, right?).

Thanks for the laugh this morning~!

This is horrible. I guess first I would have called my card company and tried to have them investigate to reverse the charges. The second thing I would have done on the same call is cancel the card. After that, I would have called April back and asked to speak to the head witch and see if she could override April's spell to give you your money back. If none of those work, I'd put my own spell on April and consider it a lesson learned. I'm biting my tongue so hard right now!!!

I found this at the site:

Funds deposited into a layaway plan are arranged free of charge for customers to purchase anything from real spell results.com. If you are on our payment plan a payment must be received once a week to keep the spell going. Powerful spells are not responsible for spells that are canceled due to non payment. I have found a new line of business! j/k

They are however unable to accept payments at this time.

I don't know if there is a time limit for disputing charges with your credit card company. You state that this happened 7 or 8 months ago so you may be out of luck. You also state that you want to know what to do. My best advice to you is to NEVER give out your credit card number to a company just because you're "curious of what they do".

Unless they had a valid reason to keep taking money from your credit card, they have stolen your money. Did you sign a contract agreeing to certain terms? If not, call the cops and have them charged with credit card fraud or whatever the appropriate offense would be.

If you went to a person for stock advice or other business advice, and they continued to siphon money off your card after your meeting with them, I don't think so many people would be making fun of you. Regardless of the service you received/sought, this is either just a simple contract dispute (where you have misunderstood the terms of what you agreed to) or out-and-out theft. I'd explore both sides. It's your hard-earned money, isn't it? Why should she be allowed to steal it?

OP did you sign up for the layaway plan?

Contact your state's Attorney General. It is long enough now that they must have hammered out the details on using old laws for a new technology. I believe this is covered under wire fraud, and is what they used to call Bunco. Possibly even the FBI may have jurisdiction on this.

I had a reading with ogbefispell@gmail.com and it was truly an experience. I was amazed with how accurate and how true the reading was. I just provided him with names and birth dates. And just two sentences of my situation, and he managed to give me details of everything and told me what’s wrong with my relationship and gave me the solutions. At first, i’m thinking whether i should write my ex is stubborn, but at last i did not write it in the email, and when i read the reading, he tells everything so truely, about my ex being stubborn and the conversation we have. Everything is so amazing and he is the one i will put my trust in after seeking so many spell caster. the reading alone amaze me. Although is quite expensive for the work, but i think its worth. This website is hard to be found, but i’m glad, i found it at this desperate moment of my life. i’m defintely going to trust on ogbefispell@gmail.com and believe that his work will work for me.
