razor Compliment - Great customer service

I wanted to let people know how happy I was on a recent interaction with the customer service department at Razor USA. I had a belt that broke on my son's electric scooter and they immediately sent out a free replacement with no questions asked. With a recent bad experience with Dell computers where they were of no help I wanted to take the time to identify those who provide excellent service as well.
