Dish Network Complaint - Bad Service All The Way Around
For two years I have seen my cost go up to double what it started at and the service has become worse and worse every month. They try all sorts of marketing shenanigans to make you think it's your equipment out of alignment...hogwash. How can something work for many hours then suddenly belly up? I have lost many hours of relaxing TV watching and am now done done done with them. The customer service people tried to argue cause they don't want to lose a customer.
Since 75% of their programming is INFOMERCIALS...like I want that...it sure isn't worth the $60 a month it costs me to watch mostly local programming.
Radio Shack has great alternatives.
