Suddenlink Communications Complaint - Extremely Poor Customer Service

LUBBOCK, TEXAS -- Lots of interruptions to my cable TV, internet and phone service.

Every time I call in, it's the same story. "There is no service outage in your area"...even though there's a message on the TV that says...."your experiencing an interruption to your service"!!!

Ask for a tech to come out to check out the problem. He did, 4 days later. He diagnosed a problem with a box on the pole out back, but wasn't allowed to get his truck dirty, so he'd come back tomorrow. (never heard of a repair guy not allowed to get his truck dirty).
Never saw the guy again.

Called in again today. It will be another 5 DAYS before a tech can return.

These guys don't care.

Looking for alternatives.

That's a new one -- "wasn't allowed to get his truck dirty". Sounds like you really need to find an alternative, good plan.
