SwordDemon.com Complaint - Bad, Horrible and rude customer service
I made an order with them (order#: 106355) on July 25th. I used my personal credit card to make the payment while shipping was on my business. The payment got rejected, so I used the business credit card. This is understandable, as many merchants require billing address to match the credit card's.
The problem arises when I got charged on both of my credit cards. I sent an email to inquire and warning them that I will chargeback my personal credit card payment (which did not go through).
I receive an email On July 27th that the order has been canceled.
The customer service person was pretty much rude in their response, not a professional business response (they asked me to never buy anything from their website and redirected to competing businesses, I know, the stupidest move anyone can make).
Now I have to make the order again at another merchant and the order is delayed two days due to the mis-understanding and unprofessional from sworddemon.com.
I will never be ordering anything from them again.
