Best Buy Complaint - Warranty
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- On June 6th, 2009 I bought a Logitech g35 headset with a two year warranty. About a year later (on June 15th, 2010), one of the speakers fell off of the headset so I used my warranty to get an exchange. It took the guy quite some time to finally agree to it (even though it was visibly broken in two). He then had the audacity to tell me that the remaining year I had on my warranty was void and that I have to buy a new warranty, even though the pamphlet they give you never said anything to that effect. About a month later on July 27th (that's today, mind you), I reluctantly took the headset I received as a replacement back. Why? I couldn't hear out of the headset if I tilted my head in a certain way. Before even seeing the thing, he told me that even if he were to replace it, I'd have to buy another warranty for the replacement EVEN THOUGH I'VE ONLY HAD THE WARRANTY FOR A MONTH. He comes back after "examining it" for quite some time, only to tell me he can't reproduce the error and kicks me out of the store. I went home and reproduced the error instantly.
