City of Hamilton, Ohio - Public Works Complaint - Hamilton Public Works ran by Lazy Vampires!

Review by mjholly on 2005-01-25
I am a resident of Hanover Township, Ohio, and I live in the Greater Hamilton area in Butler County. I work at the Wal-Mart on Main Street in western Hamilton. I am very disappointed with the performance of Hamilton's public works department in keeping Hamilton's streets clear of snow and ice this year. Around Christmas time, none of the workers cleaned the roads since they were on strike thanks to benefit cuts and that messed up holiday traffic. I could not go to my relatives for Christmas Eve because of this. I want the city of Hamilton to straighten up its public works department and do a better job keeping Hamilton's streets clean. I believe that some of Hamilton's councilmen are greedy vampires who suck up people's tax money and does not use it for important services such as keeping the streets of Hamilton clear of snow and ice in winter and that the public works department head is a cross between Wolverine from the X-Men and Count Dracula whose workers do not do a good job of maintaining the city's streets.

Dear MJ, just wish you could send some snow my way. In Georgia, until this past week, temps have been in the 80's. Concerning your post and the lack of service you feel your city is providing could be handled with a different approach. Maybe, write your councilman a letter and explain the problem. p.s. and leave out the name calling... kindness gets you a long way! good luck
