Boost Complaint - Clutch sucks and so does the service

I read someone else review and I had the exact same problem as them with shipping and bad text messaging service then when I call them they don't speak good English and after I complained they offered me a 10 dollar credit I told the Rep It wasn't about the credit I wanted my money back and also found out through one of there reps they knew they had a textin problem but failed too do anything about it so yes the other review I read was absolutely true and I know cause I had 1st hand experience so I switched back too T-mobile and I seen where someone commented and said she was lien she's not I EXPERIENCED ALL THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS......

Alex, I believe he meant someone said "she was lying.' At least that is what I can make out.
