Liverty Ville Nissan Complaint - The Worst Experience Ever

LIVERTYVILLE, ILLINOIS -- My husband and I just bought a new car from this dealership and pay for it in full. they promised to fix a couple things in the car and said it will take three days to get fixed. they gave us a rental car and said they will pay for the rental. They were very nice to us the day we bought the car. They called back a couple of days later and said it will take a little longer for them to fix the car. My husband went to pick up the car a week later. The car was not finished and we were charge for 5 days for the rental car. They never mentioned that after the three days we were getting charged for the car rental. they are unethical, we spoke with the manager and said the same thing.

Make sure you get everything in writing when making deals with them because after you buy the car they don't keep their promises and they won't tell you important information that you need to know.

Add this to your car buying protocol: Never pay the entire balance until EVERYTHING that has been pomised is completed. Then, and only then, do you finishing paying them. In this case withholding 20% would have probably been appropriate.

Did YOU sign the rental agreement? If not, let THEM pay for it!
