Popeye's Chicken Complaint - She Put returned food back in food basket
On Wednesday, July 28, 2010 I purchased a popcorn shrimp combo from the Popeyes Chicken on Kingshighway in St. Louis, Mo. When I arrived home I had a red hot popcorn chicken combo, I returned it to the restaurant and was greeted by a young black female who took my order and started to correct it, I was asked to pay he difference of some 70 cents in costs by a young white female whom I assumed was the manager. She then proceeded to take the box of chicken I had returned and placed it in the food bin with the other chicken.
She then failed to offer any restitution for my troubles until I asked her. she then offered me a biscuit. And later after a complained offered me a small cold sack of fries.
My chief complaint is based on her failure to properly dispose of the returned food.
