Dish Network Complaint - Loyal Customers get the shaft
I am current customer with Dish Network and recently trying to upgrade to HD programing. Dish had several promotions that would allow a new customer to do with no install fee. However to a customer, like me, the fees were 295 for the install. I have been a customer for several years and I am no longer under a contract. I was burning mad and decided to cancel my service. Here's the kicker, the customer representative informed me that it would cost me around 95 dollars for me to disconnect, so I could pay for them to come pick up their equipment. the nerve of some of these companies. Can you spell Direct TV, Comcast Cable or AT&T U-verse.
