Superstar smile Complaint - Refuse to reimburse over charge

DENVER, COLORADO -- They offered a 10 day trial with a fee of 4.95. thereafter the monthly fee is 99.00.It Took 6 days to receive product.. I called 5 days after RECEIVNG it (as they are CLOSED on Sundays) their representative gave me a cancellation number, assured me I called with the trail period, and all future shipments would be cancelled. He also assured me my credit card would be charged 4.95. 7/22/10 I received a SECOND SHIPMENT, with an additional fee.

Call the company back with the cancellation number and discuss it with customer service. If there's a problem with that contact your credit card company so that you do not continue to be billed monthly ( you may have to cancel your credit card/ debit card in order to stop the charges.) I had a similar situation with Proactive in that I ordered but never received any shipments and was built for months and months until I canceled my credit card number.
