Fashion Bug does not have a confirmation number when a customer pays online. The customer is left to wait for the money to be taken out of their account. Only to find out that the payment didn't go through when you get your next statement. And when I got my next statement I paid my account off. Fashion Bug hurt my credit rating by saying they didn't receive my payment. And I didn't find this out until I requested a copy of my credit report. They said they couldn't do anything because it was past 60 days. Well you can only get 1 free credit report a year! I would seriously NOT destroy my good paying credit record over 21 dollars. So, be warned, and be VERY careful with them if you pay online, because they will screw you over if you don't watch them!!!
