Frontier Communications Complaint - Frontier Communications rep misrepresenting company and lying about pricing
OREGON -- I contacted Frontier Communications to add FiOS TV and cable for my house, as they have replaced Verizon in Clackamas, Oregon. Their representative quoted me different prices over the phone, and proceeded to send me an email where the pricing had doubled from her original offer! All with slower Internet speeds than quoted (much, much lower), different expiration dates on promotions and many other discrepancies. The representative reassured me my credit would not take a hard hit and this was a complete lie. Do not trust this company! I tried to contact the cancellation department and miraculously they are closed, even as I was speaking to a different customer service representative on the phone! Supervisors are not available for callbacks for 48 to 72 hours! This is customer service at its worst everyone! Do not give this company your hard earned money. I now have to fight with the credit agencies as well to remove the UNAUTHORIZED hard hit from my credit reports.
