CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA -- We had two nights and were impressed many times with the friendliness and positive, helpful attitudes of the staff. GARRY at the front desk went out of his way to find me a newspaper, give us directions, answer all my questions- with a great smile and sincere caring attitude. TRUDY who worked at the breakfast buffet, never stopped smiling, making eye contact, and pleasant (but not intrusive) comments while she worked tirelessly to replenish the food. Everything was terrific about the staff here, and we will stay at Hampton Inn again. Thanks!!!

Quit staying at Hampton Inn's a few years ago, after one visit included no hot water for the shower and no A/C, and they refused to honor their 100% satisfaction guaranty.
