SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS -- My recent experience with tshirts.com started out good. I ordered a few t-shirts just to see how they would come out, since I was planning on ordering a lot more. So I ordered a size M, L and XL. Just so I could get a feel for the size shirts they used. The order arrived and everything was cool. Next step I decided to go with 50-50 (poly-cotton) shirts, so we ordered one Large size just to see how the material was. It was acceptable, and the large fit me nicely. So for our big order of 40+ tshirts, we had sent them a new design for the back of the shirt, and requested them to be printed on 50/50. Well the order came and they did not use the new design, they used one of our old ones, AND the shirts were not done with 50/50, they were 100% cotton. So the messed up TWO parts of the order. They re-made my shirts correctly (almost) and I got to keep the screwed up order at a discount. Well I realized something else now that was wrong with my order. They had used a different brand of t-shirt to re-make my order...different than the one used in the prototype 50/50 shirt I ordered from them.. and all the shirts were a size smaller than I expected! Basically the problem was, the original prototype was a size large, and it fit me nicely, so I made the bulk of my order for size Large shirts, then less Mediums and XL sizes. Well come to find out, the Large shirts dont fit me from this new order... so I have a bunch of shirts I am having trouble giving away because they are too small! I would have requested more XL sizes if I knew they were going to use a smaller brand shirt! I had made another order for 2 more shirts while this last order was in transit, and again I ordered 2 more large shirts (thinking they fit perfectly because of the prototype large shirt I received from them)... well once again, these shirts did not fit, so I cant even wear them. Wasted money again.
I sent them a email about 5 days ago voicing my dissatisfaction with their lack of communcation regarding all of my orders. I basically told them I think they should have told me that the sizes would be different from my initial shirts... otherwise I am just guessing on what size I should get... OR do I have to order a prototype every single time? Bad communication if you ask me. My warning to everyone, be careful when using their service... you cant be sure what you are going to get, even when you call and tell them in person...
To this date I have not heard anything from them regarding my 2 shirts I ordered that didnt fit me. I dont care to call them or order from them ever again.
