Aquasana Canada / Sunwater systems Complaint - Aquasana EQ300 - customer service sucks

Do not buy anything from this company whatever they call themselves now, we bought the EQ300 from Aquasana Canada, got a call from them saying the package was damaged by the courier but the product looked OK so we were urged to accept it anyway or face a further delay. When we informed them that our plumber who installed it said the filter was damaged and they couldn`t fix a leak we were fobbed off with the excuse that Sunwater systems were now in charge and we would have to contact them. We also advised them the shut off valve was missing and once again we were fobbed off. We have emailed Sun water and got no reply Once again a firm who doesn`t realize what customer service is all about, we can't wait for the three years to be up and have nothing to do with this company ever again, save your money. Would love to give you an email address for this company but you would only be fobbed off like us.

The only information about Sun Water Systems (Aquasana) that I could find was: Charles Strand, President; 31 employees; Corporate Office: 6310 Midland Road, Halton City, Texas 76117, gen. corp. ph. #'s 866-662-6885 & 817-536-5250.
