Cape Ann Audio Complaint - Beware of Cape Ann Audio
I expressed interest in a product that was being sold by Cape Ann Audio on eBay and this was my treatment. Below is a copy of my question and their answer:

"Having had the HDMI upgrade does that mean that the unit is now capable of decoding Dolby HD Audio as well? Thank you."
"????? We're not sure why you asked this, since the listing clearly states that it's an HDMI VIDEO switching upgrade. Further, most folks who are serious about these would go DIRECTLY to the Rotel site, where they would have discovered the same information.

Clearly, I asked a question because I did not know the answer, but the response seems a bit obtuse as I was quite cordial, yet the response clearly has a tone of condescension - as though my question was inconvenient. Additionally, the seller quickly made the assumption that I was not a serious buyer because I had not visited the manufacturer's website regarding this product. In my opinion, this shows a lack of tact and appreciation of the customer. I will not be doing business with this company. I don't need to see all the cards to know when to fold. If there were any problems with the product, my confidence is gone in the seller taking care of me. I'm a eBay buyer and seller with integrity. I have 100% satisfaction with almost 300 feedback. I am not the only one with a bad experience. Feel free to search others. They are on here too.
