K & K Taxi Complaint - Epitome of rudeness - Taxi service

MOBILE, ALABAMA -- I needed a ride from a garage to a hotel, so I pulled out the smartphone and dialed the first taxi service that came up, which was K & K. They were short, but not rude when I called, and said the wait would be 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called back and the conversation went like this:
"Hi, I'm calling about the cab at ."
"It's on the way."
"You said it would be 20 minutes 40 minutes ago, can I get an update?"
"Don't tell me how to do my f***ing job!"
"Fine, cancel the f***ing cab, then."
Click. (Even though phones don't click anymore, you get the idea.)

That was the extent of my dealings with K & K taxi.

Onzie, I'm sorry you are having such a bad day. First your car, then Pep boys, now a taxi service. I hope you'll be able to post that you have your car back, up and running, WITHOUT any more problems. You've had more then enough inconveniences for one day!
