Travelocity Complaint - Do not use them to book airline travel!
I booked and paid for two business class tickets from Washington DC to Europe with Travelocity in early March to be sure we got the seats we wanted on Lufthansa to Frankfort. On March 4 I got a confirmation from Travelocity saying my seats were requested. In May I got a notice of a minor change in flight times with a note saying no action was required on my part from this change. 10 days before departure I checked Lufthansa website and discovered there was NO seat assignements for us! Worse than that there were no good seats left. By phone Lufthansa told me Travelocity has NEVER requested any seats for us. I have spent over two hours on the phone with Travelocity's customer resistance (in India) without yet speaking to a manager. First line and second line reps. simply spout the company line with "we are very sorry but we are not responsible". I will never use them again for anything.
